HPM75 non-magnetic steel application scope:
HPM75 has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and non-magnetic characteristics co***rable to stainless steel SUS304 and many other die characteristics, widely used in the manufacture of non-magnetic die parts, non-magnetic bearings, magnetic plastics, magnetic forming die and structural components requiring no magnetic induction in a strong magnetic field. It is also suitable for manufacturing mirror polishing molds, precision corrugated processing molds, office automation equipment, automobile parts, dust covers, TV filters, cosmetic boxes, etc.

Raw (black) : 28-30HRC; Clinker (black leather) : 42-45HRC;
Surface treatment hardness: ¡Ý62HRC; Metallographic structure: austenite.
Heat treatment process of HPM75 non-magnetic steel:
The heat treatment process mainly includes: high temperature annealing process, solution softening process, aging hardening process; They are as follows:
1, high temperature annealing process
The hardness of die material is high, and its machining performance is poor. The purpose of high-temperature annealing is to improve machining performance, eliminate forging stress, facilitate mold manufacturing and shorten machining cycle. Annealing process: annealing temperature 870-890℃, heat preservation 3-6h, from annealing temperature to 500℃ cooling speed should be controlled, cooling time shall not be less than 6 hours, hardness: 28-30HRC.
2. Solution softening process
